At RxActivate, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse
2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used healthcare or pharmaceutical products
  • Prescription or temperature-sensitive products
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Promotional or clearance items (final sale)
3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@rxactivate.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and approval

Important: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider (processing times vary)
  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@rxactivate.com
6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

7. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos as evidence
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
9. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • After processing/shipping, cancellations are not guaranteed
